Odyssey Technical Solutions has an immediate opening for an experienced RF Engineer in Round Rock, TX. Desirable candidate should have a BSEE or MSEE degree with 5+ years of relevant experience. Experience in all aspects of Design, Reverse Engineering, and Analysis of RF Generators, Tuning Networks, and Microwave generators is preferred. Skills necessary are Circuit Design, Circuit Analysis, PCB Prototyping, Schematic Capture, PCB Layout, Thermal Analysis, Impedance Matching, Mechanical prototyping, and Component evaluation. RF power levels typically to 10kW with frequency ranges to 100MHz. Equipment applications vary widely but are generally used to generate and sustain Plasma loads for Films Deposition, Etching, and Coatings in a variety of industries including Semiconductor Processing, Medical Imaging, Industrial Coatings, and Photovoltaic panels. Engineer will be part of an Engineering Team. Experience with Impedance Matching, various Amplifier Classes, and Filter designed for 1kW and greater is a plus. Candidate should also have experience utilizing test equipment such as Network and Spectrum analyzers and be able to build test fixtures as necessary. Candidate should also possess a strong work ethic and maintain a positive attitude.

The position is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory levels are maintained, items are stored properly, and distributed to internal personnel during the course of normal business. Strong preference for an individual with experience in a Parts and Stores area and familiar with electronic components, assemblies, and items.
