Our Story ...

The year was 2000. It started with two friends doing repairs day and night in 1500 square feet.

Jim Plourde, president of Odyssey said, “When Eric Nail and I started, we put in many hours and expressed many doubts about even getting through our first year together. Now, it’s years later, and we come in every day and marvel at what is happening.”

This veteran-owned business has experienced tremedous growth, their business model of providing an alternative to OEM high-cost service, yet matching OEM quality every step of the way, has paid off.

Sticking to the niche repairs in RF, DC, MW equipment repairs has proven to be a success.

With over 60 employees in their new facility of 32,000 square feet, and now having nearly 100,000 repairs, they are showing no signs of slowing down.

Adding critical components and specialized equipment distribution to their portfolio has helped them increase market share and help with turnaround time in repairs and meeting customer expectations. Recently adding industrial market applications to their already robust semiconductor repairs already has uncovered opportunities to grow the business in this adjacent space.

“A truly American small business success story is what it is and we are so happy to be able to hire and touch the lives of our employees and their families. Many times it felt like we were David in David versus Goliath, but as we know, David ultimately won,” said Eric Nail, vice president of Odyssey.
